Amazing Benefits of Neuro Linguistic Programming

Lots of individuals have heard about NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) despite not having any idea what it is. NLP is a process that works on the assumption that people can change themselves by reprogramming their minds.

The “linguistic” part of NLP involves the fact that the words we use have a lot to do with how we look at life. When you start to learn about NLP, you’ll start to take not that you have the power within you to make changes to anything you find unpleasant about you and your life. The following are some of the favorable gains you can receive from NLP.

One practical part of neuro linguistic programming is their use of a tool called anchoring. Anchoring simply refers to psychologically relating a specific state of mind with some sort of “anchor”, which could possibly be a word, symbol, object, song or any sensory stimulus. Innately, people generally have both encouraging and depressing anchors, where they relate one thing with another as time passes.

NLP makes this method cognizant to us so that it can be advantageous to us. As an illustration, when you see yourself in a positive or resourceful (another widespread NLP term) state, you can create an anchor, such as tapping yourself on the knuckle of your right pinky finger. After you have made an anchor, you can then harness it and revisit the state of mind you desire. This is a technique for you to acclimatize yourself and to deal with your feelings and feel the way you desire to. Neuro linguistic programming operates on the idea that everybody uses their senses in a different method. In the broad spectrum, people often have a chief sense, which is either visual (seeing), auditory (hearing) or kinesthetic (touching).

While all people generally use all of their senses, everyone also tends to choose one sense more over the others. When you understand this, you can, first of all, better understand yourself. Secondly, you can correspond with other people with more success if you are familiar with the senses they favor. Usually you can tell this by the words people say. As an illustration, a person who is visual is most likely to say “I see” to let you know they are understanding you, while an auditory person is more likely to say, ” I hear you.”

One powerful effect you can achieve with NLP is changing the movies and pictures in your mind that actually are more powerful than you may realize. A lot of people are nervous to stand up and speak to small groups, but sometimes their jobs make it necessary to do that. What usually happens? Well, most if not everyone will see themselves being nervous while speaking.

Create a new image where you are speaking with confidence and everyone is listening and appreciating what you are saying. Take the old and new images; then place the new one inside the old one – make the new one very small that fits inside the old image. Slowly watch the new picture filling the old one, and it’s slow… it grows slowly until all you can see is the new, confident you. Practice these NLP techniques until you see positive changes within, and then keep practicing them.

Neuro Linguistic Programming is not just one strategy, but rather it’s a collection of principles that are applied to different situations in a person’s life. Of course NLP takes patience and effort, but still it is generally believed to have faster effects than the more conventional types of therapies.

4 Steps To Wealth-which help your Mindset!

I was going to write a post on this very subject when I received this blog via my google alerts, I read it and thought, he’s pretty much covered what I was going to say, so please read this blog it has some great content and if you take the action suggested then I think it could be in the near future that you are wealthier than you are Right Now!

To our Success! Loran

The 4 Steps of Wealth Building

The biggest myth about wealth building is that having a “high income” is the same as being “wealthy”. They’re not the same concepts. People with huge incomes are often flat-out broke.

If you keep up with financial news, you’ll hear almost every day about millionaires and billionaires going belly up. You’ll hear about celebrities having money problems even though their incomes are in the tens or hundreds of millions per year.

The reason for all of this is simple — being wealthy requires four steps, and not following any one of the steps will destroy your wealth. Income is just a part of becoming and staying wealthy.

I’m not going to try to reinvent the wheel here — I’m just going to organize the basic steps to wealth building in order to provide a framework for understanding how money works. For a more hands on approach to joining the upper class, check out our how to get rich guide — it’s short on hype and filled with real-world tips.

  • Creation of Capital. This is the part most people have figured out — actually getting hands on money in the first place. For the vast majority of humanity, this is found in getting a job. For others, it’s in running/owning businesses or income-generating assets. This is just the first step. Examples: having a job, owning a business, owning dividend stocks, lending money at interest.
  • Preservation of Capital. Capital, at least in most countries, automatically loses value with time. In the use, the rate is anywhere from 3-10% lost every year. Taxes take a chunk out of every dollar you earn. Risky investments can completely collapse. Everyone has to spend money on paying debts, obligations, many pay rent or mortgage, food costs, and dozens of other costs. Cutting these costs is essential. If you make 100k but lose 90k per year, you’re worse off than the cautious person who makes 60k but loses only 40k.
  • Examples: cutting living expenses, refinancing a mortgage, using coupons, getting out of debt.
  • Saving of Capital. Without savings, you can’t expand your possessions without debt. Being able to save money is outrageously important — whether you’re just managing your personal finances, or are running a business. Either you don’t expand or you use debt. Saving money is important. Cash is, and always will be, king. Examples: automatically putting 20% of your paychecks toward a savings account at a bank you don’t think about constantly. Out of sight, out of mind.
  • Investment of Capital. Investing money is essentially putting your money to work to build more income. Buying farmland, dividend-stocks, a small business, getting extra certification for a raise — these are ways to invest your money to increase your income. Doing a bad job at investing guarantees you’ll lie an average or below average lifestyle — doing well can turn your life into a rags to riches story. Learning to invest properly is important on an almost unfathomable level.

In the end, successfully completing all four steps isn’t easy, and can take years — or decades — to learn how to master. They are, however, the only sure path to predictable, systematic wealth building.

I would like to add:

Creation of Capital- What do you own that you could sell? What could you make/create that you could continually sell? What service or skills do others need or want, that you could provide? Thinking outside the box, what could you offer?

Preservation of Capital: What bills can you cut/consolidate? Can you car share, walk or cycle to work? Can you re-evaluate insurances and cut costs not coverage? Can you cut your daily cafe coffee down or weekly takeaways. Can you sign up for online frreebie samples sites and coupon sites? Can you recycle your clothes with friends at a fun party to gain new outfits? What can/will you do?

Savings of Capital: Direct debit straight into high interest account, Annual ISA deposits, How are you going to create your financial cushion.Remember the old saying, Money goes to Money!

Investment of Capital: As you probably know our investment strategy here at WaysToWealth is investing through our property portfolios and creating cashflowing investment properties, as well as providing capital. This is working very well for us and if you’d like to know how we do it, then Book up onto one of our courses and start making your own cash flowing property businesses.

Whatever you do after reading this:  Please do something, even if it’s only one thing!

Cut out the coffee, or put 20% of your wages away each month to build a wealth pot. The slightest constant positive action that you take can make a massive difference :)

    Press Release

Local hypnotherapist meets new national standards

     Press Release

A Home Counties and London based hypnotherapist has become one of the first in the country to achieve a new national standard of excellence for his/ her therapy.

Loran Northey has been registered by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK regulator for complementary healthcare.

The recognition places her at the forefront of a national drive to provide a benchmark for standards and safety for the public. Practitioners registered with the CNHC meet national occupational standards and abide by a rigorous code of conduct, performance and ethics.

Loran Northey said: “Achieving registration is not only great news for me and my clients, but a vital step for hypnotherapy.”

“This is the time of year when many people are struggling to keep up their new year resolutions. The most popular uses for hypnotherapy are around stress and anxiety conditions, weight control and addictive behaviours such as smoking and alcohol abuse.”

Hypnotherapy is one of 11 disciplines now recognised by the CNHC. Members of the public can search the CNHC register to find practitioners in their local area. More than 40,000 searches were carried out last year.

By providing a verification of standards, the CNHC allows GPs, hospitals, private healthcare providers and insurance companies to refer patients to hypnotherapy practitioners or to make hypnotherapy more readily available in health centres, clinics, doctors’ surgeries and hospitals.

Children and young people are in and out of hypnosis all day by themselves – no wonder they respond so well to Hypnotherapy!

Children fortunately and unfortunately have brilliant imaginary minds which enable them to easily conguer up images inside their minds, this is a good thing if these are positive images but not good for their well being if they are imagining negative and frightening things. Being a Adv. Hypnotherapist/SymbioDynamics Consultant I have worked with young people who are suffering from Phobias, Self-Esteem Issues, Anxiety Issues, Learning & Concentration Challenges or the inability to recover fully from an external event, perhaps a parents divorce or the death of a loved one.

FEAR is actually ‘Future Events Appearing Real’ and as children and young people are so good at being creative and imaginative, when they create an internal world that is worrying and/or scary then their external behaviour will begin to mirror that fear, creating anxiety, possibly concentration problems and other mental and physical conditions.

Working with a Hypnotherapist is actually mainly ‘De Hypnotism’ which means that through carefully structured sessions the young person unlearns their negative thinking, limiting beliefs or unwanted behaviour on an unconscious level through imagery and suggestion. As young people are not yet as ‘logical’ as adults hypnosis is even easier for them, as they operate more from a right brain aspect, which is the creative part of the brain.

When children are the ‘masters of their game’ things are mainly ok, when young people develop a habit of imagining a very different scenario, then that’s when the challenges can occur for them.

As Hypnosis is a ‘play and pretend’ approach, albeit in a relaxed state the young people respond very well as they enjoy acting and creative thought. All behaviours even negative ones like Lack of Focus, Excessive Anxiety, Phobias, Aggression, Negative Food Habits, have an unconscious positive intention and all are learnt behaviours and children are very good at unlearning them at an unconscious level and replacing those behaviours with more positive ones which satisfy the same positive intention. Hypnosis assists them in playing positive/safe movies in their minds, instead of continually re-running the scary/fearful ones that they’ve previously ran!

Young people are under enormous pressure nowadays maybe more so than ever before, pressure from peers, parents, schools, society etc and they need the inner resources to thrive in this culture that they are growing up in.

Every young person has all the learning and resources they need to excel within them, some just need to be able to activate the right internal programmes to become the people that they want to be.

Hypnosis – works unconsciously, making changes through imagery and suggestion in a relaxed state.

NLP – works the same as hypnosis but in a waking conscious state.

SymbioDynamics – is as effective as a change technology, in or out of a relaxed state.

All coaching, training and development sessions are designed for to achieve the outcome wanted by the attendee.
