This coaching isnt for everyone, they are only for people who really want to breakthrough whats holding them back.
These are one-to-one intensive, empowering & fun sessions that can change your life!
They are designed for people who have a specific aspect of their lives that isn’t working for them in the way that they want.
We often have an area of our life that is holding us back and preventing us from leading our optimum life- health, performance, relationships, weight, finance, career, and stress management-whatever it is for you. These sessions are a rapid way to achieve significant changes into your life and personal development. We work together to discover where you are now, where you want to get to, to identify any limiting thoughts, behaviours and beliefs that are stopping you from realising & attaining your full potential.
We will use a unique blend of results-led tools including SymbioDynamics, Transformational Technologies, Coaching, NLP, Performance Consulting and Hypnotherapy.
You will discover your present strengths and weaknesses, learn how to install new resources to replace the ones that haven’t been working for you and how to change your values, to more positive and productive ones.
Sessions
Personal Breakthrough Sessions normally last 4-6 hours in total. They can be completed in one day (Ideal for clients traveling form a distance), or in 2 – 3 hour sessions, spread over 2 or 3 days.
Sessions start with a free initial telephone conversation when we discuss the area of your life that you want to work on. I will then set you ‘tasks’ to get you focussed and motivated about the changes you want to make. These MUST be completed prior to booking the series of appointments.
I will remain your coach for life, for this specific issue.
