90 Day Foot-Down Accelerator Programme
Offered Bi-Weekly or Monthly coaching programme via Skype or telephone that transforms your thinking from where it is now to where you want to be in 3 months, creating the motivation , support and accountilibility and mindset skills to enable you to propel forward in life and reach your short term goals. Ready at 3 months then to dare to dream and achieve bigger things!
6 or 12 Month Accelerated Success Programme
Coaching programmes that takes you from a where you are now, highlights your challenges and obstacles, allows you to choose to do things differently, eradicates your fears and procrastination, focusses your mindset meaning that with continual support you can move forward, smash through any perceived challenges and create the outcome YOU want.
60 minute Mindset Trainings
60 minute coaching sessions, 1-2-1 or Skype/Telephone, pre-questionaire and pre session consultation means that each session is designed for the specific topic /challenge relevant for that specific client.s needs.
Sessions conducted via Skype or face to face.
Group Accelerator Programmes
Monthly coaching calls (max 4) , agreed topic per month, yearly contract-60 mins total session.
This is perfect for those wanting general life/career coaching to get the most out of their life experience!
Relaxation/ Mind Massage sessions
Bespoke relaxation and hypnotherapy sessions tailored to the clients needs which are ascertained prior to the first session. There are no skills needed for you to benefit from hypnosis just an ability to listen and follow simple instructions. Being in a hypnotic state is a completely natural state that we as human beings experience many times naturally every day and its the time when your body and mind are most completely aigned and in control. In my opinion, It is an incredibly powererful and permanant way to create change.
Fast Forward Transformational Training Day
This opportunity can be taken on a face to face or via Skype, It is a very in-depth, absorbing client focussed 6 Hour session that is totally focussed on getting down to the nitty-gritty of the clients presenting problem/challenge and working through it, then the next one and the next one, and if need be the next one, bit by bit until by the end of the session the client has the powerful life-changing breakthough they seek- I have never known someone leave after the Breakthough Day the same as they came in!
